Baumgardner Promoted to Director of Soccer/ Technical Director

The St. James is excited to announce the promotion of Adam Baumgardner to Director of Soccer/ Technical Director effective February 1st 2024.

Adam joined the club in February of 2021 and has been a key member of the leadership team in helping to drive the clubs growth to 8 locations across Northern Virginia and establishing The St. James Soccer as a force within the soccer community in the DMV.

“I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to lead this amazing program and continue to build upon the work done by our previous Directors of Soccer.  Myself and my family can’t thank Kendrick (Ashton), Craig (Dixon), Jeff (Riney) and Elyse (Graziano) enough for the opportunity to continue to be part of this amazing company”, Baumgardner said.

With a strong focus on growing The St. James Soccer presence through grassroots soccer and building a strong club culture through organic growth, The St. James is well positioned under Adam’s leadership to continue to positively impact the local soccer community.
