4-6 teams are are grouped together by age and skill level to play a minimum of 5 games, round-robin style (3pts for a win, 1pt for a draw, and 0pts for a loss). The team with the most points will win their group. Goal differential will break the tie, with Goals For followed by Goals Allowed as the tiebreakers. Game length is short (approximately 10 minutes), with about 5 minutes between games.

Once the game ends, teams need to quickly move to the side or their next field and be ready to play as a running clock will not wait or any lagging team member.

Teams will not sit out longer than 15 minutes between games.

We are very excited for Coaches Ian Woodroffe and Christian Charles to be joining us from Chelsea FC. They will make their way between all the fields during games to provide feedback, and will lead a 30-45 minute break for fun activities and soccer challenges.

U9 and younger teams will need 1 adult (18 years and older) on the sideline to supervise and coordinate substitutions along with transitioning to fields between games. These parents WILL NOT be “coaching” the play as we want to keep it a fun experience for the kids, but rather to organize a substitution rotation with players subbing every 2-3min.

U10 and older will need to be able to organize themselves and run substitutions on their own with the supervision of referees and the staff coaches on site.

All other parents and fans must remain in the bleachers.
