We are very excited for Coaches Ian Woodroffe and Christian Charles to be joining us from Chelsea FC. They will make their way between all the fields during games to provide feedback, and will lead a 30-45 minute break for fun activities and soccer challenges.
U9 and younger teams will need 1 adult (18 years and older) on the sideline to supervise and coordinate substitutions along with transitioning to fields between games. These parents WILL NOT be “coaching” the play as we want to keep it a fun experience for the kids, but rather to organize a substitution rotation with players subbing every 2-3min.
U10 and older will need to be able to organize themselves and run substitutions on their own with the supervision of referees and the staff coaches on site.
All other parents and fans must remain in the bleachers.
