Dan Caracciolo

Girls Director of Player Development- North Region



Dan comes to The St. James Football Club having previously served in various coaching and leadership capacities with BRYC Soccer.  During his tenure with Braddock Road, Dan has served as a Head Coach, Age Group Coordinator, Pre-Academy Director and Senior Academy Director on the girls side of the club.

Dan has a proven track record of success having won countless championships at the ECNL, Regional League, CCL and USYS National League levels.  Dan has directly contributed to assisting dozens of players to play at varying collegiate levels.  Dan has coached a number of US Youth Women National Team players as well as a number of ECNL All-American players.

In addition to coaching, Dan is also a teacher in Loudoun County Public Schools.  He received his B.S. in Recreation, Health and Tourism from George Mason University and his M.S. in Education from Emporia State University.

Dan, his wife Krissy and their three children reside in Western Loudoun.
