Bio

  • Dominic is a native of Kaiserslautern, Germany. He graduated from James Madison University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and in 2016 with a Master of Arts in Teaching. He currently resides in Fairfax with his wife Helai.

 

Dominic has worked in the capacity of a professional youth & collegiate coach aiding the development of ECNL, Girls Academy, and national team players in the Northern Virginia area. His coaching career began as a high school coach with the Stone Bridge Girls Soccer program as an assistant coach before becoming the inaugural head coach of the Lightridge Boys Soccer program. Prior to joining The St. James Football Club, Dominic was an assistant coach with Loudoun Soccer’s ECNL program and held the role of an assistant coach with George Mason University (NCAA-DI).

In October 2023, Dominic was one of 30 (out of 275 national applicants) to be selected as mentee of United Soccer Coaches’s prestigious 30 Under 30 Program for the class of 2023-2024. In addition to coaching, he is a coach educator with United Soccer Coaches & Virginia Youth Soccer. He is currently a candidate for the Coach Educator license to begin facilitating National D license courses with the US Soccer Federation.

Dominic will start his third year with The St. James having previously served as the U13-U15 Age Group Director & Girls Academy Staff Coach before being promoted to the Director of College Placement.
