The Player Performance Analysis Program gives players the opportunity to utilize existing game film to identify growth areas and individual performance measurables. Our professional coaching staff will gather relevant player and team information from their current team/ environment. We will use those key metrics to evaluate a current match and provide objective feedback as well as areas of improvement and a guide on how the player can improve on their own.
The Player Performance Analysis Program will be directed by Nenad Babic- Assistant Technical Director of TSJFC. Nenad served in a analyst role both with the Chicago Fire First Team Staff as well as with US Soccer's U19 National Team.
This program is available for players U9-U19.
Tactics Pro- Player Analysis Program
The St. James Soccer will utilize the Tactics Pro system for film analysis. This advanced system is used by some of the top clubs, national federations as well as TV networks like BBC, TNT, etc. This AI based technology allows coaches to quickly analyze film and collect important data and player metrics. This provides players with a professional level of analysis and objective information to support development and growth.
Player Analysis Program Registration
The Player Performance Analysis Program offers 3 different programming options including a single session, 5 session pack and 10 session pack. Multi-Session packs can be used as part of a full season review or can be spread out over the course of a single season. Multi-Session packs must be used within 1 calendar year.
Players will be provided with a breakdown of their match film, including telestrations, a one-on-one meeting (virtual) with the coach as well as an evaluation feedback document with key performance areas (designated by the player ahead of the analysis) as well as recommendations for how the player can improve.
